We offer opportunities for registered psychologists (therapy and assessment), registered clinical counsellors (with trauma training and 5 plus years of experience), and practicum students focused on psychological assessment.

Registered Psychologists

(Therapy and/or Assessment)

We welcome applications from psychologists who are:

  • Fully registered or in the application process with the College of Health and Care Professions of BC
  • Skilled in individual therapy, assessment, or both
  • Interested in flexible scheduling and a collaborative team
  • Experienced in working with children, youth, adults, or specialized populations

Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs)

(With Trauma Training & Minimum 5 Years’ Experience)

We’re looking for RCCs who are:

  • Registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) or the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
  • Have at least 5 years of post-registration experience
  • Are trained in working with trauma (e.g., EMDR, CPT, etc.)
  • Work with adults, youth, or children in individual therapy
  • Committed to ethical, evidence-informed, and inclusive care

Assessment Practicum Students

(Supervised Psychological Testing & Report Writing)

We’re proud to support the next generation of psychologists through hands-on practicum experiences. We offer supervised training in:

  • Psychoeducational, ADHD, CLBC, and vocational assessments
  • Structured clinical interviews and diagnostic clarification
  • Administration of a wide range of assessment measures
  • Report writing and feedback session preparation
  • Ethical, client-centered assessment practices
    Ideal practicum students:
  • Are enrolled in a doctoral program in clinical psychology
  • Have completed relevant coursework in assessment and ethics
  • Are looking to build real-world assessment skills in a supportive, mentorship-focused setting
