Vocational Assessments to Help You Find the Right Career Path
Know Yourself. Choose Wisely. Move Forward with Confidence.
Feeling stuck, unsure of your next career step, or wondering why certain jobs feel like such a struggle? Whether you’re a student planning your future, an adult navigating a career change, or someone facing barriers at work, a vocational assessment can help you gain clarity and direction.
At Valley View Therapy & Assessment Inc., we offer personalized vocational and career assessments that explore how your interests, strengths, and personality align with potential career paths. We also assess any challenges—like learning differences, ADHD, or executive functioning difficulties—that might be affecting your performance or satisfaction at work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as career counseling?
Not exactly. Career counseling focuses more on guidance and planning. Our assessments provide objective testing and psychological insight to support those conversations.
Can this help with workplace accommodations?
We can evaluate attention, learning, or psychological challenges and provide documentation for accommodations. It is ultimately up to your organization to determine what accommodations you are eligible for. Please note that an assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis.
Do you work with teens too?
Yes. We work with high school students starting to explore college and career options.
